Daniel Jaen ... Daniel Jaen is a contemporary painter and investigator of the human body. Through his portraits, the artist puts his own sexuality under discussion and questions the image of men in today's society. His dy-namic and fragmented brushstrokes invoke masculine fragility and allow these figures to manifest them-selves in their most sensitive forms. The artist intends to go beyond the physical body. The several layers of painting, the often visible sketches and unfinished parts, create the most diverse connotations and let the viewer reach other psychological and emotional extensions of men. Daniel has a close relationship with social networks that is directly manifested in his work. His technique has a strong influence of sev-eral other contemporary artists with whom he connects on digital platforms.

 

Alexander Canedo ... Alexander Canedo (1902-1978) was a Mexican-American artist primarily influenced by the 1920s. The 1920s and 1930s saw continued development and evolution of the key innovations of the primary years of the twentieth century. To have this time as the formative period for an artist was to be surrounded by inspiring practitioners of the pictorial arts. It was also a time of recovery and introspection after the hor-rors of the First World War, which saw significant shifts in the political world. Christoffer Wilhelm Eckersberg ... Christoffer Wilhelm Eckersberg (1783-1853) was a Danish painter. He was born in Blåkrog in the Duchy of Schleswig to Henrik Vilhelm Eckersberg, painter and carpenter, and Ingeborg Nielsdatter. He went on to lay the foundation for the period of art known as the Golden Age of Danish Painting, and is referred to as the Father of Danish painting.

Brad Rader ... Brad Rader, who has sometimes signed his art Raider, is a comic book creator, storyboard artist and an-imation director. He won his Emmy in 1999 for his work on Todd McFarlane’s Spawn. Rader's comic work include the original noir graphic novel Fogtown for Vertigo and the self-published homoerotic graphic novel Harry and Dickless Tom; Catwoman, Gotham Adventures, and Batman Adventures for DC Comics.

 

Anthony Ackrill ... Anthony Ackrill was born in Alaska in 1958, but spent most of his childhood in Florida and Ohio. He decided to pursue painting at a relatively late age. Subsequently, he studied graphic design, and worked as an art director at an established advertising agency. In addition, he designed his own line of humorous greeting cards, which sold internationally. Following this period, Mr. Ackrill began to study drawing and painting on his own. After winning awards in several local and regional art contests, as well as selling some of his paintings, he sought a more formal education to help develop his talent. Mr. Ackrill found an excellent atelier-styled school for artists in Florence, Italy and enrolled in late 1995, at the age of 37. In his second year in Florence, Mr. Ackrill began teaching anatomy to his fellow students, and then also taught drawing and painting. After five years of painting and teaching in Florence Italy, he returned to Florida, where he now has his own studio.

 

Alessio Slonimsky ... D’origine espagnol, Alessio Slonimsky est un peintre hors du commun. Sa spécialité : les illustrations gays. Notez que la touche érotique n’est pas très suggestive, vous pouvez arborer ces effets sans aucun apriori.
